Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Ergo (“Ergo”). By accessing or using the portal, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Ergo is a private platform for an agency and its clients to manage project delivery: milestones, updates, files, invoices, and a project workspace for planning and tracking work (sprints, a board, a backlog, issues and sub-tasks, comments, a timeline, and reports). Access is provided to invited clients and team members only.

Access is granted by invitation. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

You agree not to misuse the portal, attempt to access data that is not yours, interfere with or disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Access is scoped by role: clients can access only their own project data, and team members only the projects they are assigned to.

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Ergo the permissions needed to host and process that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

Project deliverables and their ownership are governed by your separate engagement agreement. The portal software, branding, and design remain the property of Ergo.

Invoices shown in the portal are provided for your reference. Payment terms, methods, and any late fees are governed by your engagement agreement. The portal does not process online payments.

Parts of the workspace act automatically on your behalf, for example advancing an issue as its checklist is completed, summarising a sprint, and moving unfinished work into the next sprint. These automated actions, credited in the activity log to Altus AI, are a convenience feature. They are rule-based and do not rely on any third-party artificial-intelligence service, and you remain responsible for reviewing the resulting state of your work.

We aim to keep the portal available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.

The portal is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ergo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the portal.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
